Shipping Policy

  • All orders are shipped via FedEx Priority.
  • Standard processing time for hair orders is 7–10 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • Orders cannot be canceled once placed. Please ensure your shipping address is correct – including apartment or unit numbers – as no changes can be made after purchase.
  • There are no refunds for abandoned or refused shipments.
  • Once your package has been transferred to FedEx, Juvie Hair Collections is not responsible for delays, delivery issues, lost packages or stolen packages.
  • If your order is lost or stolen, please contact your local FedEx office directly.

Refund Policy

  • Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled.
  • A 10% fee will be deducted from all refunds to cover merchant processing fees.
  • If you receive your hair and wish to return it, you must do so within 72 hours of delivery. Returns requested after 72 hours cannot be processed.
  • To qualify for a refund, the hair must be in original condition:
    • Unworn
    • Unwashed
    • Unaltered
    • Ties and packaging fully intact
  • Refunds will not be accepted for hair that has been installed, colored, cut, brushed out or altered in any way.
  • Wigs are non-refundable.
  • Hair care instructions are provided to all customers. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow proper care guidelines to maintain the quality of their hair extensions.
