Follow these guidelines to protect your investment and keep your bundles, closures, frontals and wigs in their best condition.

Washing Instructions

  • Gently detangle your extensions with a wide-tooth comb before washing.
  • Start from the ends and work your way up to avoid unnecessary shedding.
  • Wash with a sulfate-free, moisturizing shampoo and conditioner to preserve the hair’s natural texture and shine.
  • Always wash in a downward motion. Do not rub, twist or ball the hair together, as this can cause tangling.
  • Use cool or lukewarm water to rinse thoroughly. This helps seal in moisture and keeps the hair soft and manageable.

Styling Tips

  • Use lightweight styling products to enhance natural patterns (wavy/curly textures).
  • Avoid heavy gels, mousses, waxes or oils that may create buildup and weigh the hair down.
  • If using heat tools, always apply a heat protectant first.
  • Refrain from excessive heat to maintain the hair’s longevity.

Heat Styling

  • The hair can be straightened, curled and styled freely.
  • Keep heat between 300°F – 375°F for best results.
  • Limit heat styling to reduce long-term damage and preserve texture integrity.
  • Always use a heat protectant before applying heat to hair.

Coloring and Bleaching

  • Raw hair can be professionally colored or bleached.
  • For best results, always have chemical services done by a licensed stylist experienced with raw hair.
  • Over-processing may shorten the lifespan of the extensions.

Nighttime Routine

  • Always wrap your hair before bed.
  • Use a satin or silk bonnet, scarf or pillowcase to reduce friction and maintain moisture.
  • For curly or wavy textures, braid or twist the hair loosely to preserve pattern.
  • For straight textures, wrap or pin-curl to keep it smooth.

Do’s & Don’ts

  • Do moisturize the hair regularly with lightweight products.
  • Do detangle gently from ends to roots.
  • Do air-dry when possible to preserve the hair’s natural health.
  • Don’t sleep on wet hair.
  • Don’t use heavy oils or greasy products.
  • Don’t brush curly hair while dry – use a wide-tooth comb on damp, conditioned hair.
  • Don’t apply heat daily.
